Manner of Issuing Corrective Action. Corrective Action or Discharge will be issued in a private manner so as not to cause unnecessary embarrassment to the employee. In the event the employee or the Union believes this section was violated, the parties shall meet to discuss any issues arising from the alleged violation. In the event such violation can be demonstrated reasonably, Management shall take appropriate action(s).
Manner of Issuing Corrective Action. Corrective action will be issued in a private manner so as not to cause unnecessary embarrassment to an employee. An employee may request that a Union representative attend a Performance Improvement Discussion. The presence of a Union representative, however, will not relieve the employee’s obligation to participate in that discussion.
