MANSLAUGHTER DEFENCE COSTS. The Insurers will indemnify the Ethics Committee and any of its members in respect of reasonable costs and expenses incurred with the Insurers’ prior written consent in the defence of any criminal proceedings brought (or in an appeal against conviction arising from such proceeding) as a result of manslaughter arising from any event which may be the subject of indemnity under this Policy, providing that:
MANSLAUGHTER DEFENCE COSTS. Notwithstanding Exclusion 4.1, the insurer will, with its prior consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), indemnify an insured person in respect of defence costs incurred in defending a claim (whether under common law or statute) of manslaughter, corporate manslaughter or corporate homicide made against such insured person.

  • Transportation Expenses (a) When an employee is required to report for work and reports under the conditions described in paragraphs 28.05(c), and 28.06(a), and is required to use transportation services other than normal public transportation services, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred as follows:

  • Safety Boot Allowance ‌ Effective January 1, 2022, except for temporary and probationary employees, the Employer agrees to pay one hundred and eighty-five dollars ($185.00) in January of each year towards the cost of safety boots for each full time employee requiring them and one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each part time employee requiring them under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and/or by the Employer, provided the Employee is not eligible for safety footwear through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

  • Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or at any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of thirty-five cents cents) per mile (to a maximum of fourteen dollars or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare.

  • Initial Payment - Transportation Charge Minimum Component Payments by the Agency under the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component of the Transportation Charge shall commence for each aqueduct reach in the year following the year in which construction of that reach is completed.

  • First Aid Expenses We will pay expenses for first aid to others in- curred by an "insured" for "bodily injury" covered under this policy. We will not pay for first aid to an "insured".

  • GMP Cost Limitation The Guaranteed Maximum Price shall not be in excess of the GMP Cost Limitation.
