Common use of Manufacturing Services Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing Services. Patheon will perform the Manufacturing Services for the Territory for the fees specified in Schedules B and C to manufacture Products for Client in accordance with Specifications and requirements in the Quality Agreement agreed to by the parties. Unless specifically agreed to by Client, Price for Products will include costs items. Schedule B sets forth a list of cost items that are included in the Price for Products. If any cost items are to be excluded from the Price, Patheon will provide a list of the excluded items to Client in advance for approval.
