Marine Pollution Control and Contingency Plan. The Lessee will prepare for and take all necessary precautions to prevent discharges of oil and releases of waste and hazardous materials that may impair water quality. In the event of a discharge, notification and response will be in accordance with applicable requirements of 40 CFR part 300. All dredging and support operations will be compliant with USCG regulations and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Vessel General Permit, as applicable. The Lessee will notify BOEM of any occurrences and remedial actions and provide copies of reports of the incident and resultant actions at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx and the designated BOEM Gulf of Mexico OCS Region, Marine Minerals Program’s point of contact.
