Common use of Market Development Clause in Contracts

Market Development. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to develop, exploit and maintain in the Territory, the market for the Licensed Products in keeping with the prestige of the Trademarks and the high quality products associated therewith. Licensee shall not sell Licensed Products to any entity which it knows or has reason to believe intends to export Licensed Products from the Territory.
