MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY Sample Clauses

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. BLUE CROSS shall have the right to use the name of PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP for purposes of informing Members and prospective Members of the identity of PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP. Except as provided above, BLUE CROSS and PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP each reserve the right to control the use of their respective names and all symbols, trademarks or service marks presently existing, or later established. In addition, except as provided above, neither BLUE CROSS nor PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP shall use the other party’s name, symbols, trademarks or service marks in advertising or promotional materials, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of that party, and shall cease any such usage immediately upon written notice of the party, or on termination of this Agreement, whichever first occurs.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. BLUE CROSS shall have the right to use the name of PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP for purposes of informing Members and prospective Members of the identity of PARTICIPATING MEDICAL GROUP. Any prohibition, restriction or limitation on advertising hereunder shall comply with the requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Act, including Health and Safety Code Section 1395.5.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 8.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Dentist. 8.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Dentist for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Providers. 8.3 The Dentist, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Dentist’s status in EGID’s Network of Providers.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 8.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Laboratory. 8.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, address, phone number and specialty of the Laboratory in a provider listing for purposes of informing members and prospective members of the identity of the Laboratory, and otherwise carrying out the terms of this Contract. 8.3 The Laboratory, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize its status as a Network Facility.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 8.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Oral Surgeon. 8.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Oral Surgeon for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Providers. 8.3 The Oral Surgeon, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Oral Surgeon’s status in EGID’s Network of Providers.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 9.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Home Health Care Agency. 9.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Home Health Care Agency for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Providers. 9.3 The Home Health Care Agency, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Provider status in the EGID’s Network of Home Health Care Agencies.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 9.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Nurse Practitioner. 9.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Nurse Practitioner for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Providers. 9.3 The Nurse Practitioner, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Nurse Practitioner’s status in EGID’s network of providers.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 8.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Dietician. 8.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Dietician for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Providers. 8.3 The Dietician, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Dietician’s status in EGID’s Network of Providers.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 9.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network PHYSICIAN. 9.2 The Insurance Board shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the PHYSICIAN for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network PHYSICIAN. 9.3 The PHYSICIAN, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the PHYSICIAN’s status in EGID’s Network of Providers.

MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. 8.1 EGID shall encourage its members to use the services of the Network Pharmacist. 8.2 EGID shall have the right to use the name, office address, telephone number and specialty of the Pharmacist for purposes of informing its members and prospective members of the identity of the Network Pharmacists. 8.3 The Pharmacist, upon prior approval of EGID, shall have the right to publicize the Pharmacist’s status in EGID’s Network of Providers.
