Marketing and Leasing Program. Owner shall actively market rental of the Affordable Unit to Eligible Households in accordance with the Housing Authority's standard leasing policy, and federal and state fair housing laws. Owner has provided City with a copy of its tenant selection criteria for the Affordable Unit ("Affordable Units Tenant Selection Criteria") and City hereby approves of Owner's Affordable Units Tenant Selection Criteria. Owner is responsible for implementing the Affordable Units Tenant Selection Criteria actively and in good faith.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Marketing Plan The MCOP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM including all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCOP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCOP that the plan is accurate and is not intended to mislead, confuse, or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map.
