Common use of Markup Clause in Contracts

Markup. The Contractor shall not bill for, and will be compensated for, any markup fee for technical consultant or subcontractor work. The Contractor shall only bill for, and will only be compensated for, the actual costs incurred by the technical consultant or subcontractor.
