Master Agreement; Specific Services. From time to time, Mercy Corps may request services from Contractor. For each occasion on which Contractor is willing to provide requested services, the parties will enter into a task order (“Task Order” or “TO”) which will describe the services to be performed and the period for performance and which will be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Contractor must notify Mercy Corps within the Task Order Offer Period time specified in Schedule I if it accepts a Task Order, rejects a Task Order or requires changes to a Task Order. Mercy Corps may reject any acceptance or request for changes that Mercy Corps receives after the Task Order Offer Period has expired.

The order by email notification will describe the services to be performed and the period for performance. Contractor must notify Mercy Corps authorized representative by email within the Offer Period time specified in Schedule I if it accepts the order by email notification, rejects the order the email notification or requires changes to the order by email notification.   • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Supply Agreement Seller and Buyer, or their Affiliates, shall have executed the Supply Agreement.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • LOAN SERVICES ADDENDUM If a Fund directs the Custodian in writing to perform loan services, the Custodian and the Fund will be bound by the terms of the Loan Services Addendum attached hereto. The Fund shall reimburse Custodian for its fees and expenses related thereto as agreed upon from time to time in writing by the Fund and the Custodian.

  • Detailed Description of Services / Statement of Work Describe fully the services that Contractor will provide, or add and attach Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Interconnection Agreement Seller shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Agreement.

  • Master Services Agreement This Agreement is a master agreement governing the relationship between the Parties solely with regard to State Street’s provision of Services to each BTC Recipient under the applicable Service Modules.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.
