Request for Changes. (a) An employee may request changes to his/her evaluation by submitting a request to the HR Manager, who will respond in writing within fourteen (14) days.
(b) In addition, an employee may write a rebuttal to a performance evaluation, which shall become a permanent part of the employee’s personnel file.
Request for Changes. (a) **** may ask for changes (“Change Requests”) to the Development Work and/or Development Products set forth in any SOW prior to Final Acceptance in Section 8. Such requests shall be made in writing and shall specify the required changes.

Request for Changes. 5.1 CHANGES TO HARDWARE CONFIGURATION The Customer shall deliver to DDS, in writing, any request for additions, modifications or changes to the System. Provided the request is within the general scope of the contract, DDS shall, within a reasonable period of time from receipt of request, issue to the Customer a written quotation detailing the effect, if any, on the implementation schedule and the System Price. If the Customer does not accept the quotation, in writing, within ten days of receipt of the quotation, the quotation shall be deemed to have been withdrawn. If the Customer accepts the quotation in writing, this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended in accordance with the quotation and the parties shall set out, in writing, to be signed by the parties, the amendment agreed upon as above.
Request for Changes. Any Committee member may submit to the Manager a request for a change to the early morning operational aspects of the Paseo Nuevo Parking Facilities, which request shall be in writing and shall specify the requested change and the reasons therefore.

Exhibitions Cargo will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide any change requested by Customer at no additional charge. 15.1. 15.2. XxxxXxxxx will explain all requests for changes on the AlexRenew change request form.
15.3. AlexRenew will e-mail change request forms to e-mail address designated by GCWW.
15.4. GCWW will confirm receipt and review of request within one week of receipt of the e-mail.
15.5. GCWW will ensure that the AlexRenew Chief Executive Officer and any other individual designated by XxxxXxxxx, is aware of any proposed changes and implementation plans.
15.6. AlexRenew will clarify any requests as needed.
15.7. AlexRenew will be responsible for AlexRenew system-side testing and costs agreed upon with GCWW.
15.8. AlexRenew will use the form in Exhibit B to communicate change requests. GCWW will consider change requests in good faith but will be under no obligation to perform them unless and until both parties agree to them under a written Change Order.
15.9. GCWW staff will be billed at a rate found in the Scheduled of Fees and Rate (Exhibit C of the Agreement).
15.10. In the event a change is requested by XxxxXxxxx and the GCWW QAM returns a written a Change Request for approval and it is rejected, GCWW right to bill for time spent to recover costs for drafting the Change Request at a rate as outlined in Scheduled of Fees and Rate (Exhibit C of the Agreement) to recover the cost of formalizing the estimate.
Request for Changes. The Subscriber's requests for changes to this SOW (“Change Request”) will be sent in writing to Elsevier. After receipt of a Change Request Elsevier will, within reasonable time, provide an estimate of the expected additional time and costs (“Estimate”).
