Scope of Work (for Service. ● The contractor will provide Security services at the various residences of Mercy Corps expatriate employees residing in Rwanda (Kigali, Gisenyi and Cyangugu) ● The contractor will work closely with and under the supervision of the MERCY CORPS team in charge of the service. ● The provider is informed in real time of the security of MERCY CORPS in order to respect the service delivery in time and as per Mercy Corps request. ● The provider is bound to respect the delivery deadline as indicated in the implementation scheduleThe provider shall assure MERCY CORPS of confidentiality and security when providing the service. ● As soon as the provider is selected and contracted, all parties are required to strictly adhere to the terms of the contract.
Scope of Work (for Service. The contractor will work closely with and under the supervision of the MERCY CORPS team in charge of the project. • The provider is informed in real time of the implementation schedule of MERCY CORPS activities in order to respect the delivery deadline of the printed vouchers. • The design (form and/or type) of the vouchers is shared in advance between MERCY CORPS and the provider for validation of the delivery by mutual agreement. • The provider is bound to respect the delivery deadline as indicated in the implementation schedule • The provider shall assure MERCY CORPS of confidentiality and security in the printing of the vouchers. • As soon as the provider is selected and contracted, all parties are required to strictly adhere to the terms of the contract.   • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5.100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. The Architect, upon a finding of defect or failure to conform, shall immediately notify the State and Contractor, in writing, of the defect. The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Services Rendered/Scope of Work The Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the Authority, render the services described in Exhibit A, which is attached and made a part of this Agreement.

  • Rejection of Work Using the Notice of Non-Conforming Work procedures outlined in the General Conditions, the Design Professional shall reject work that does not comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents or that does not comply with the applicable laws and codes. The Design Professional shall have authority to order testing of the Work, as is provided in the Contract Documents or as otherwise required in its judgment, whether such work is fabricated, installed, or completed.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • UNCOVERING OF WORK 13.1.1 If any portion of the Work should be covered contrary to the request of the Architect or to requirements specifically expressed in the Contract Documents, it must, if required in writing by the Architect, be uncovered for his or her observation and shall be replaced at the Contractor's expense.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.
