Master Substitute List. This list shall be of those substitutes available for assignment without restriction within their substitute certification. Substitutes on the master list may, however, indicate their preference of assignment. A master list substitute who is eligible for the restricted list may choose to move to the restricted list by providing the restricted-list application to the HR department by the first day of the new school year. In addition, a substitute may move to the restricted list when a change in circumstance occurs such as health or family issues. No substitute may move to the restricted list from master list more than once a year.
