Match/In Kind Contribution Sample Clauses

Match/In Kind Contribution. 5.12.2.2.1 A match in-kind contribution is a non-monetary donation of goods, properties or services which are provided by either Subrecipient or non-Federal entities without charge to the Program Services for which they are donated; it is the value of non-cash contributions donated to support Program Services. In-kind contributions typically take the form of the value of personnel, goods and/or services which may include donations of volunteer services, space, equipment, etc. and this value is determined by using the fair market value method. Using sales of comparable property or the cost of comparable services is a method which can be used to determine the fair market value of an in-kind match contribution.
