MATERIAL REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL. A. All sludge, dirt, sand, rocks, grease, roots, and other solid or semisolid material resulting from the cleaning operation shall be removed at the downstream manhole of the section being cleaned. Contractor shall provide appropriate screening to stop passing of materials into downstream sewers. All solid or semisolid materials dislodged during cleaning operations shall be removed from the sewer by Contractor at the downstream manhole of the sewer section being cleaned. The passing of dislodged materials downstream of the sewer segment being cleaned shall not be permitted. In such an event, as observed or detected by Service Authority or any third party, Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the affected downstream sewers in their entirety, at no additional cost to the Service Authority.

  • Retention and disposal 9.5.1. Information shared under this Agreement will be securely stored and disposed by secure means when no longer required for the purpose for which it is provided as per each parties’ Information Security Policy, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case, and legally permitted.   • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Indivior shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Indivior regarding the IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Indivior in writing that Indivior shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Indivior must engage a new IRO within 60 days of its receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Indivior to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG. APPENDIX B INDEPENDENT REVIEW ORGANIZATION REVIEWS

  • DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION 10.01 A claim by an employee that they have been discharged or suspended, without just cause, shall be a proper subject for a grievance. Such a grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Employer at Step Two within ten (10) working days after the employee receives notice that they have ceased to work for the Employer or has been notified of the suspension, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the time limits contained in Article 9.03 Step Two, the Parties will meet in an attempt to resolve the grievance within five (5) working days of said grievance being filed at Step Two.

When, in the judgment of a teacher, a student is, by behavior, seriously disrupting the instructional program to the detriment of other students, the teacher may exclude the student temporarily from the classroom and refer the student to the building administrator for appropriate intervention. At the request of the referring teacher, an administrator will communicate the status of a disciplinary action within two (2) work days of the request.
