Common use of Materials and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Materials and Equipment. The materials and equipment installed in the work shall meet the requirements of the Contract Document. All materials and equipment not otherwise specifically indicated shall be furnished by the Contractor. Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, water, tools, equipment, heat, light and power, etc. all necessary to the execution of the work. Unless otherwise specified, all material shall be new and both workmanship and material shall be of good quality.
