Project Closeout Phase. Design Team Deliverables/Tasks The Architect and his team will modify and compile revisions to the drawings based on field sketches provided by the General Contractor which reflect work as implemented in the field if different than the Construction Documents. This information will be provided to the City, and the Team for their records and to assist in their continued maintenance of the facility. Project Closeout Phase a. Prepare and submit to the Sponsor and MoDOT one (1) electronic set of record drawings on a compact disc (CD) in .pdf format copied to a single file. Prepare and submit to the Sponsor and MoDOT a Final Testing Report as required by the COP. Prepare and submit to the Sponsor an updated [Airport Layout Drawing (ALD)] [Airport Layout Plan (ALP)] showing as-built conditions. All ALP sheets affected by the project will be updated. The sponsor will approve and sign as necessary and forward four (4) full size copies to MoDOT for approval. MoDOT will distribute the copies as one (1) to the Sponsor, one (1) to MoDOT, one (1) to FAA, and one (1) to the Consultant. An electronic copy of the updated sheets will be submitted to both MoDOT and the City in .pdf format, with CADD files submitted to the City.

  • Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.

  • Contract Closeout G.11.1 Contract closeout shall be accomplished within the guidelines set forth in:

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Project Close-out Termination of a research project that used controlled-access data from an NIHdesignated data repository (e.g., dbGaP) and confirmation of data destruction when the research is completed and/or discontinued. The project close-out process is completed in the dbGaP Authorized Access System.

  • Production Phase contract period in which the Development and the Production are to be performed.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
