Matters Not Subject to Grievance. The District's policies, rules, and regulations as such; a rating as given in an Employee Performance Appraisal; the Disciplinary and Termination Actions as outlined in the District's Discipline Policy and Procedures; classification; and contractual changes in health plans initiated by and at the sole discretion of the health plan providers.
