Prep-Reduction Comp-Time. Under the newly adopted schedules for the 2011-2012 school year, all teachers shall receive one half (1/2) comp-time day, per semester, to be used for individual and group planning. If the comp-time day is not used it may be paid out at the B-3 rate. For 2012-2013, if the School Aid Fund, per pupil foundation, increases above the base of $6,846 this section of the contract will be eliminated. If the SAF per puil amount remains the same or deduces, the comp-time day may be used or rolled into the staff members PTO leave bank. If per pupil funding falls below $6,846 per pupil the parties will meet to discuss this section.
