Maximum Grant Amount. The Federal Grant amount is the maximum amount of funding the Council will make available to the Subrecipient for the Project. The Council’s obligation under this Agreement will not exceed the lesser of: the Federal Grant amount identified on Page 1; or the actual Project Costs incurred during the Project Activity Period.
Maximum Grant Amount. The maximum grant amount payable by the County to the Grantee under this Agreement may not exceed: $22,600.
Maximum Grant Amount. The Council shall pay to the Grantee a Maximum Grant Amount of $10,000. Provided, however, that in no event will the Council's obligation under this agreement exceed the lesser of:
a. the Maximum Grant Amount of $10,000; or,
b. the actual amount expended by the grantee on eligible expenses as specified in paragraph 2.01. The Council shall bear no responsibility for cost overruns which may be incurred by the Grantee in performance of the Grant Project.
Maximum Grant Amount. 4.01 In no event shall the reimbursements made to Grantee pursuant to this Agreement exceed the maximum total grant for non-gated communities of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) or for gated communities of Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($25,000.00).
Maximum Grant Amount. The term “Maximum Grant Amount” shall have the meaning set forth in the seventh recital contained in the preamble to this Agreement.
Maximum Grant Amount. The maximum amount of funding to be provided by Grantee to Developer pursuant hereto is $______________________. The maximum eligible costs that may be reimbursed for any specific site is $___________________.
Maximum Grant Amount. The maximum grant amount specified in this Article cannot be exceeded or raised by the Commission/Agency. No additional funding is possible even if the eligible costs of the action are higher than planned. The maximum grant amount is not the ‘final grant amount’ and is not a price due to the beneficiaries.
Maximum Grant Amount. Grant funds are based upon COUNTY’s Application for Supplemental Funds. Unless amended, the maximum, not-to-exceed County Corrections Intervention Grant payable to COUNTY under this Agreement is $439,009. The maximum grant amount may be increased only by written amendment of this Agreement which is signed by all parties and with all required State approvals.
Maximum Grant Amount. The Council agrees to make available to Recipient during the grant period a grant of up to the Maximum Grant Amount. This amount is granted for the purpose of reimbursing Recipient for a portion of the eligible costs of performing the Project. The Council's obligations will not exceed the lesser of the following:
A. The Maximum Grant Amount; or
B. 50% of the total Project expenditures. The Council is not responsible for cost overruns incurred by Recipient.
