Maximum Hours of Occupational Injury Leave. Each employee shall be entitled to nine hundred and sixty (960) hours of O.I.L. at the total rate of pay per independent injury incurred while on duty. Employees shall be entitled to an additional nine hundred and sixty (960) hours, at the regular rate of pay, for injuries which meet 42 USC Section 3796 Federal guidelines on permanent and total disability resulting from a catastrophic personal injury sustained in the line of duty.
