Maximum Reimbursement Amounts. The maximum annual amount that may be deducted from a permanent unit member’s annual salary for reimbursement of nonmedical dependent care expenses is $5,000. The maximum amount that may be deducted from the permanent unit member’s annual salary for reimbursement of personal and dependent medical expenses is $2,500. All medical and dependent care expenses for which reimbursement is requested must comply with the requirements of the IRS code.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following:

  • Reimbursement Premium (1) The Company shall, in a timely manner, pay the SBA its Reimbursement Premium for the Contract Year. The Reimbursement Premium for the Contract Year shall be calculated in accordance with Section 215.555, Florida Statutes, with any rules promulgated thereunder, and with Article X(2).

  • Payment Amounts The aggregate Payments to be made in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount that is equal to the corresponding Appropriated Amount. (For example, for the Payments due on December 1, 2022 and on June 1, 2023, the aggregate maximum amount of such Payments would be determined by the Appropriated Amount determined for certification by December 1, 2021.)
