Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. Following Board approval and City Council authorization, the City shall receive in accordance with this Agreement, from the TIF Fund a total maximum reimbursement of THIRTY-NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($39,500,000.00) for eligible Project Costs.

Maximum Reimbursement. Maximum Reimbursement. Following Board approval and City Council authorization, the City shall receive in accordance with this Agreement, from the TIF Fund a total maximum reimbursement of THIRTY-ONE MILLION NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($39,500,000.001,900,000.00) for eligible Project Costs.
