Common use of Maximum Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Maximum Reimbursement. An individual employee’s reimbursement for tuition and related expenses shall not exceed $1,200 per fiscal year for a full-time regular employee. Tuition reimbursement for part-time regular employees will be prorated. Reimbursement claims shall be submitted on a form required by the Human Resources Department.
