Maximum Rostered Hours. (a) A roster shall not require a member to work in excess of 40 hours per week, or an average of 40 hours per week over a roster period. (b) The number of ordinary rostered hours to be worked by a member on any one day or shift shall be between 8, 10 and and 12 hours.
