Common use of Maximum Severance Clause in Contracts

Maximum Severance. Effective December 1, 2008, the maximum amount of money that any employee may obtain through the Severance Plan from the combination of early notification incentive and pay for unused sick leave is $18,500.

Maximum Severance. Effective December January 1, 20082016, the maximum amount of money that any employee may obtain through the Severance Plan Plan, not including pay for unused earned vacation, from the combination of early notification incentive and pay for unused sick leave is $18,50027,000.

Maximum Severance. Effective December July 1, 20082003, through August 29, 2004, the maximum amount of money that any employee may obtain through the Severance Plan from the combination of early notification incentive and pay for unused sick leave is $18,50020,000. From August 30, 2004 through June 30, 2005, the maximum amount is $17,500.
