CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. In reliance upon Customer’s above representations, DIR hereby confirms the eligibility of Customer to use the Cooperative Contracts to purchase information technology commodity items.
CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. Upon receipt of a Funding Notice, the Seller Representative shall promptly, and in any event no later than one Business Day after receiving the Funding Notice, notify Xxxxx Fargo in writing if any of the Proposed Receivables identified on the Funding Notice are not Eligible Receivables or as to which any of the other representations of the applicable Seller and the Seller Representative set forth herein or in the Funding Notice would not be true and accurate. The Seller Representative and each Seller hereby represents and warrants that the election by the Seller Representative to not identify any Proposed Receivable as not qualifying as an Eligible Receivable pursuant to this Section 2.1(b) shall constitute a confirmation by each relevant Seller and the Seller Representative that such Proposed Receivable constitutes an Eligible Receivable as of its Purchase Date.
CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. 3.1. In signing this MoU, [Grant Recipient] confirms and acknowledges the following;
a) your proposal to plant trees is free from commercial intent and there shall be no attempt to commercially exploit any woodlands and/or any assets partly bought, restored, conserved ,or improved or created or materially affected by the grant funding;
b) the land in respect of which the grant is to be paid is eligible land and that there are no legal or other restrictions affecting the eligible land which prevent the completion of the tree planting;
c) The Biosecure Procurement Requirement will be met by sourcing the trees from suppliers who can provide you with evidence that they meet the requirements set out in the Plant Health Management Standard, or if you not purchasing trees from a commercial supplier, you are content that good biosecurity practices have been followed by familiarising yourself with the biosecurity measures that ae in place to reduce the risks to those trees from diseases and insect pests;
d) A minimum of three quotes have been attained and submitted to WODC for the items requested as part [Grant Recipient]’s application to demonstrate best value for money; and
e) [Grant Recipient] has the capacity to undertake maintenance of the trees planted for at least five years from planting.
CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. A certification by Lender that to the Lender's knowledge the new Program Loans are eligible loans under the criteria included in the Requirements related to Lender's responsibilities;
CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. Group shall be entitled to rely on a valid telephonic or internet notice from SWH that an individual is a Member and is eligible to receive Covered Services, except as provided in section 5.6, provided Group confirms eligibility with SWH on the date of service.
CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY. You hereby assert, represent, and warrant that you A) are responsible for maintaining an active license including all continuing education required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC); B) must notify True Realty Services Inc immediately if the status of your license should change at any time in the future while in this agreement; C) can’t take your first lead until all paperwork for transferring your license under True Realty Services Inc has been submitted to TREC; E) shall not service leads if individual contractor’s license falls inactive or is transferred to another brokerage firm; D) are responsible for obtaining the state- required automobile liability insurance; E) understand that all monies for commissions, bonuses, leases, sales, etc., regardless if you hold a TREC brokers license, must be deposited to True Realty Services Inc; and F) It is the responsibility of the Independent Contractor to notify True Realty Services Inc in writing of any changes in their address.
