MDS Systems Review. If any of the Subject FacilitiesDiscovery Sample identifies an Error Rate of 5% or greater, Extendicare’s IRO shall also conduct a MDS Systems Review for that Subject Facility. The MDS Systems Review shall consist of the following: a. a review of Extendicare’s billing and coding systems and processes relating to claims submitted to Medicare Part A (including, but not limited to, the operation of the billing system, the process by which claims are coded, safeguards to ensure proper coding, claims submission and billing; and procedures to identify and correct inaccurate coding and billing); b. for each claim in the Discovery Sample and Full Sample that resulted in an Overpayment, the IRO shall review the system(s) and process(es) that generated the claim and identify any problems or weaknesses that may have resulted in the identified Overpayments. The IRO shall provide its observations and recommendations on suggested improvements to the system(s) and the process(es) that generated the claim.

MDS Systems Review. The IRO shall prepare a report based on the MDS Systems Review (MDS Systems Review Report) that shall include the IRO’s observations, findings, and recommendations regarding: a. the strengths and weaknesses in Xxxxxxx Lutheran’s medical record documentation, coding process, billing system, policies and procedures, internal controls, or reporting mechanisms; b. the strengths and weaknesses in Xxxxxxx Lutheran’s medical record documentation, coding process, billing system, policies and procedures, internal controls or reporting mechanisms; and c. possible improvements to Xxxxxxx Lutheran’s medical record documentation, coding process, billing system, policies and procedures, internal controls or reporting mechanisms to address the specific problems or weaknesses that resulted in the identified Overpayments.

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings

  • Program Review The State ECEAP Office will conduct a review of each contractor’s compliance with the ECEAP Contract and ECEAP Performance Standards every four years. The review will involve ECEAP staff and parents. After the Program Review, the State ECEAP Office will provide the contractor with a Program Review report. The contractor must submit an ECEAP Corrective Action Plan for non-compliance with ECEAP Performance Standards. The Plan must be approved by the State ECEAP Office.

  • Operations Support Systems Functions 9.1 Effective as of February 8, 2021, notwithstanding any other term or condition of the Amended Agreement or a Verizon tariff or SGAT, and subject to the transitional provisions set forth in Subsection 9.2 below, unbundled access to Operations Support Systems Functions will not be available from Verizon on or after February 8, 2021, except when such functions are used to manage other UNEs that remain available from Verizon, local interconnection, or local number portability. 9.2 Any unbundled access to Operations Support System Functions eliminated pursuant to Section 9.1 above will continue to be provisioned for the period in which unbundled access is available to the UNE managed through the use of such functions, but not after such period.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS
