ME TOO PROVISIONS. All “Me-Too” provisions in any Local Agreements, side letters, riders, supplements, etc., which have incorporated the terms and conditions of this National Addendum shall be considered null and void from the effective date of this Agreement. Such provisions may include, but are not limited to the areas of pension, holidays, health insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
