Common use of Meal Break Clause in Contracts

Meal Break. 5.4.1 Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 hereof, there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty minutes to be taken no later than six hours after the commencement of work.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 hereof, 4.7(d) there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty 30 minutes to be taken no later than six (6) hours after the commencement of work.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 hereof, 4.6(d) there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty 30 minutes to be taken no later than six (6) hours after the commencement of work.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 5.4.3(a) Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 Clause 5.4.3(b) hereof, there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a an unpaid meal on break each day of not less than thirty (30) minutes to be taken no later than six five and a half (5.5) hours after the commencement of work. Where an Employee’s hours are shortened the Employee will not be entitled to a meal break until the Employee has worked five and a half (5.5) hours.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 5.3.1 Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 5.3.2 hereof, there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty minutes to which should be taken no later than six hours after the commencement of work.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 30.3.1. Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 hereofclause 30.3.2, there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty minutes to be taken no later than six five hours after the commencement of work. 30.3.2. Due to the nature of the work being undertaken, the time of taking the prescribed meal break by one or more of the Employees may be altered by the Company provided that the meal break should commence no later than 1.00pm.

Meal Break. 5.4.1 ‌ 4.3.1 Except as provided for in subclause 5.4.2 hereofsub-clause 4.3.2 below, there will be a cessation of work and of working time for the purpose of a meal on each day of not less than thirty minutes 30 minutes, to be taken no later than six (6) hours after the commencement of work. These times may be varied in accordance with operational requirements. During a Saturday or Sunday shift of eight (8) hours or more, this break will be paid. 4.3.2 Due to the exigency of the work being undertaken, the time of taking the prescribed meal break by one or more of the Employees may be altered by the Company.
