Common use of Meal Period with Pay Clause in Contracts

Meal Period with Pay. Any security guard required to work overtime beyond his scheduled hours of work in any one day and who works a minimum of two (2) hours overtime, shall, in addition to the required hourly rate of pay be given a meal allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00) for the said circumstances. The Employer will provide the employee with as much advance notice as possible of the requirement to work overtime.

Any security guard officer required to work overtime beyond his scheduled hours of work in any one day and who works a minimum of two (2) hours overtime, shall, in addition to the required hourly rate of pay be given automatically paid out a ten ($10.00) dollar meal allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00) for the said circumstances. The Employer will provide the employee with as much advance notice as possible of the requirement to work overtime.

Any security guard required to work overtime beyond his scheduled hours of work in any one day and who works a minimum of two (2) hours overtime, shall, in addition to the required hourly rate of pay be given a an eight ($8.00) dollar meal allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00) for the said circumstances. The Employer will provide the employee with as much advance notice as possible of the requirement to work overtime.
