MEAL PERIODS AND REIMBURSEMENT. 1. All employees shall be granted a duty-free lunch period without pay during each work shift of at least four (4) hours. This period shall be thirty (30) minutes in duration. Whenever possible, the lunch period shall be scheduled at the middle of each shift. If an employee’s work schedule does not specify a lunch period without pay, such as Security, Kitchen Managers and Cooks, they will be paid for all time worked.
