Meals - On Callouts. If employees are called out for more than four (4) hours they will be paid one-half (1/2) hour in lieu of a meal at the prevailing overtime rate. Employees working more than nine (9) hours on a call-out will receive an additional payment of one-half (1/2) hour in lieu of a meal at the prevailing overtime rate.

Meals - On Callouts. If employees are called out to work at a place where food is not obtainable, they shall not be required to work more than four (4) hours without meals being supplied by the Employer.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.
