Overtime Meals. When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
Overtime Meals. When an Employee is requested and agrees to work more than two (2) hours beyond the regularly scheduled shift, a free meal (hot when possible) and beverage will be provided. The meal will be provided during the first two (2) hours of such additional time and at each four (4) hour interval thereafter. The Employee shall be allowed a twenty (20) minute meal break and shall be compensated at the applicable rate of pay.
Overtime Meals. Employees will not be required to work more than three (3) hours (unless the overtime was not scheduled at least one day in advance, in which case it will be two hours) after an eight hour shift, or one (1) hour after a ten hour shift, without a meal period intervening. If more than one meal occurs in the period worked by the employee the Employer shall provide the extra hot meal at no expense to the employee. The employee will be paid for the time spent consuming the meal at the applicable hourly rate of pay or alternatively the xxxxxxx can designate a one-half hour meal period at straight time rates. If no meal and time to consume it is provided, the Employer will provide a thirty ($30.00) dollar meal allowance in lieu of both. In the event of the employees bringing their meals, they will be allowed one-half hour to consume the meal and will be paid for the said time at the applicable hourly rate of pay. Examples of the four options for overtime meal breaks:
Overtime Meals. Employees who are requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift will be provided twelve ($12.00) dollars for a meal to be eaten on Company time which shall count as time worked. The preceding conditions shall apply every four (4) hours of work thereafter. The minimum time for eating a meal shall be one-half(1/2) hour.
Overtime Meals. This article applies to overtime that is in excess of 2 hours of working time and is continuous to the normal work day. An employee qualifying for an Overtime Meal shall be provided with a meal or be paid a meal allowance. The employee shall also receive a paid meal break of ½ hour at straight time. Where there is a break of two hours or more in the hours to be worked, this article shall not apply. Employer meal tickets must be used whenever possible. If the meal break occurs when the Employer’s dining rooms are not open, the following limits apply, per meal: Breakfast $ 10.00 Lunch $ 12.00 Dinner $ 20.00 Claims must be supported by receipts.
Overtime Meals. Overtime Meals will be handled in accordance with Section 11.8 of the MOU.
Overtime Meals a) The Company will provide a meal to an employee who is requested to work a minimum of one (1) hour past regular quitting time.
b) Employees required to work overtime shall be provided with meals.
c) The Company will provide lists of approved suppliers and menus.
d) Employees will order meals for themselves in a cost effective manner.
Overtime Meals. An employee, who is required to work more than two (2) overtime hours at the end of the work day and was not notified during the preceding work day of the overtime requirement, shall be provided a (hot) meal and allowed a thirty minute unpaid meal break at the end of the second hour of overtime and every four hours thereafter. Where it is impossible to obtain meals the employer shall pay the employees $20.00 for every meal not made available.
Overtime Meals. If Company requires an employee to perform work for one- half (1/2) hour or more beyond regular work hours, it shall provide a meal approximately one-half (1/2) hour after regular quitting time. Except as noted in 2(a) above, normal meal practices will apply in all other situations.
Overtime Meals. The Company will provide $9.00 toward the value of an overtime meal if an employee is required to work ten (10) or more hours in one shift.
