Meaning of Terms. 4.1 The “Cost of Construction” of the entire Project(s) (herein referred to as "Cost of Construction") means the total cost to Client of those portions of the entire Project(s) designed and specified by Xxxxxx, but it will not include Xxxxxx'x compensation and expenses, the cost of land, rights-of-way, or compensation for or damages to, properties unless this Agreement so specifies, nor will it include Client's legal, accounting, insurance counseling or auditing services, or interest and financing charges incurred in connection with the Project(s) or the cost of other services to be provided by others to Client pursuant to Section 3.
