Common use of Measurement Accuracy Verification Clause in Contracts

Measurement Accuracy Verification. (a) Each Party shall verify the accuracy of all Measurement Facilities or other equipment or facilities used in measuring or checking the measurement of volumes of Fresh Water or Produced Water under this Agreement owned by such Party no less frequently than twice per year, unless a special test is requested pursuant to Section 10.4.
