Measuring and Recording Flow. LAVWMA shall continuously measure the amount of Wastewater received from Livermore and the amount of Wastewater received from the District’s plant. The District shall continuously measure the amount of raw sewage transported from within its own territorial limits and from Pleasanton to the District’s treatment plant. LAVWMA shall keep such records of such amounts of Wastewater as are necessary for all purposes of this Contract. The District shall keep and submit to LAVWMA in a timely fashion such records of such amounts of raw sewage as are necessary for all purposes of this Contract. Pleasanton shall have the right, during reasonable business hours (and in emergencies at all times), to inspect the District’s and LAVWMA’s records maintained pursuant to this section and to enter the District’s property to inspect the recording devices measuring the raw sewage transported to the District’s sewage treatment plant from Pleasanton and from the District’s own territorial limits. Livermore and the District shall have the right, during reasonable business hours (and in emergencies at all times) to inspect LAVWMA’s records maintained pursuant to this Section.

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority. Contractors and any Sub-contractors are required to submit percentage figures only in response to paragraphs 3.2(a), 3.2(b) and 3.2(c).

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation a. The AGENCY shall expeditiously provide to the COUNTY upon request, all data needed for the purpose of monitoring, evaluating and/or auditing the program(s). This data shall include, but not be limited to, clients served, services provided, outcomes achieved, information on materials and services delivered, and any other data required, in the sole discretion of the COUNTY, that may be required to adequately monitor and evaluate the services provided under this Contract. Monitoring shall be performed in accordance with COUNTY’S established Noncompliance Standards, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as Attachment “C”.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.

  • METERING AND BILLING Metering requirements and billing procedures shall be set forth in the AEC rate schedule(s) applicable to the electric service account assigned to the location where the Generating Facility is connected.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.
