Mechanics of Administration. (1) Except to the extent provided for in this Settlement Agreement, the mechanics of the implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement shall be determined by agreement between the Parties, each acting reasonably, or by the Courts on motions brought by any Party where necessary.
