Administration and Implementation. This Agreement shall be administered and executed by the City Manager or his or her designated representative. The City Manager shall have the authority to issue interpretations and to make amendments to this Agreement, including amendments that commit additional funds, consistent with Section 28 “Amendment” and the City Manager’s contracting authority under the Eastvale Municipal Code.
Administration and Implementation. A. The Intermodal Interchange Executive Committee (hereinafter called the “Committee”), a Standing Committee of the Intermodal Association of North America, is responsible for the administration and interpretation of the Agreement, and for the processing of changes and/or modifications to the Agreement. B. All proceedings of the IIEC are considered privileged and confidential. This would include but not be limited to: All documents and correspondence, written or electronic, relating to the administration of the Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement (UIIA) and specific discussions of the Committee in the course of administering the UIIA. C. The Chairperson of the Committee shall be the President of the Intermodal Association of North America, who shall serve without voting privilege. The President is responsible for the Administration and Management of IANA and the Agreement, as provided in IANA’s bylaws.

D. The Committee shall consist of a minimum of two representatives from each mode representing Motor, Ocean and Rail Carriers participating in the Agreement, with an equal representation of each mode. In addition, one representative and two alternates from Equipment Leasing Companies participating in the Agreement will also serve on the Committee. Each alternate shall participate in Committee meetings and serve as a voting member in the absence of a principal representative. In such absence, the modal voting members shall select the alternate who will act as the voting representative. Representatives and alternates must be from companies that are current signatories to the Agreement. Attendance at meetings is limited to voting members and alternates. If Committee members wish to have an industry representative invited to attend a meeting in an advisory capacity, the majority of the Committee must approve of this invitation prior to it being delivered. b) the development consent to which the agreement relates has lapsed
c) the development consent to which the agreement relates has been modified to such an extent that the planning obligations may not be appropriate
d) the performance of the planning agreement has been frustrated by an event or events beyond the reasonable control of the parties
e) other material changes affecting the operation of the panning agreement
f) the council and the developer otherwise agree to the modification or discharge of the agreement Such a provision will require the modification or revocation of the planning agreement in accordance with the Act and Regulation.
9.3 Registration of planning agreements (caveats)

Administration and Implementation. 11.1. The Director General of the Civil Aviation Administration of China's Aircraft Airworthiness Certification Department and the Head of Airworthiness Division of the Civil Aviation Authority of Slovenia will be responsible for the administration and implementation of this Technical Arrangement.
11.2. The Authorities should advise each other of any significant changes to their internal organisations that affect the administration and implementation of this Technical Arrangement, including the identity of the persons identified in paragraph 11.1. A1. aeroplanes, helicopters and powered parachutes having no more than two seats, a maximum take-off mass (MTOM) of no more than:
(i) 300 kg for a land plane/helicopter, single-seater; or
(ii) 450 kg for a land plane/helicopter, two-seater; or
(iii) 330 kg for an amphibian or floatplane/helicopter single-seater; or
(iv) 495 kg for an amphibian or floatplane/helicopter two-seater, provided that, where operating both as a floatplane/helicopter and as a land plane/helicopter, it falls below both MTOM limits, as appropriate;
(v) 472,5 kg for a land plane, two-seater equipped with an airframe mounted total recovery parachute system;
(vi) 315 kg for a land plane single-seater equipped with an airframe mounted total recovery parachute system; and, for aeroplanes, having the stall speed or the minimum steady flight speed in landing configuration not exceeding 35 knots calibrated air speed (CAS); A2. single and two-seater gyroplanes with a maximum take off mass not exceeding 560 kg; A3. gliders with a maximum empty mass, of no more than 80 kg when single-seater or 100 kg when two-seater, including those which are foot launched.
