MECHANISMS FOR CREDENTIALING AND RECREDENTIALING. The MCO must document the mechanism for credentialing and recredentialing MDs, DOs, DPMs, and DCs that fall under the MCO's scope of authority and action, and with whom it contracts or employ to treat members outside the inpatient setting. This documentation includes but is not limited to the following: - The scope of practitioners covered. - The criteria and the primary source verification of information used to meet these criteria. - The process used to make decisions. - The extent of any delegated credentialing or recredentialing arrangements. Policies and procedures must specify the requirements and the process used to evaluate practitioners.   • Credentialing The Company supports continuing professional education. If you hold a professional license or certification, you acknowledge that you understand the obligations and the specific code of professional ethics associated with this license or certificate and agree to perform your duties in accordance with these standards. In addition, you acknowledge your responsibility to maintain any job-related licenses or certificates in accordance with the requirements issued by the applicable regulatory body or bodies. The Company agrees to reimburse you for the fees you incur during your employment with the Company in maintaining such licenses or certificates applicable to your position. You must submit your fees within 60 days after the date they are incurred. The Company will generally reimburse such fees within 60 days of the date they are submitted, but in no event will they be reimbursed later than December 31st of the year following the year in which the fee was incurred.

  • Processing and Procedures (i) Transfer Agent agrees to accept purchase orders and repurchase requests with respect to the Shares of the Fund via postal mail, telephone, electronic delivery or personal delivery on each Fund Business Day in accordance with the Fund’s Prospectus; provided, however, that Transfer Agent shall only accept purchase orders from jurisdictions in which the Shares are qualified for sale, as indicated from time to time by the Fund or pursuant to an Instruction. Transfer Agent shall, as of the time at which the net asset value (“NAV”) of the Fund is computed on each Fund Business Day, issue to the accounts specified in a purchase order in proper form and accepted by the Fund the appropriate number of full and fractional Shares based on the NAV per Share of the Fund specified in a communication received on such Fund Business Day from or on behalf of the Fund. Transfer Agent shall redeem from accounts any Shares tendered for repurchase in accordance with procedures stated in the Fund’s Prospectus or pursuant to an Instruction. Transfer Agent shall not be required to issue any Shares after it has received from an Authorized Person or from an appropriate federal or state authority written notification that the sale of Shares has been suspended or discontinued, and Transfer Agent shall be entitled to rely upon such written notification. Payment for Shares shall be in the form of a check, wire transfer, Automated Clearing House transfer (“ACH”) or such other methods to which the parties shall mutually agree.

  • Training and Education (i) The parties shall work together to develop and implement a training program for client services and the sales and marketing representatives of each party to ensure that a clear and consistent message is delivered to all prospective customers. Following such implementation, each party agrees to train its client services and sales and marketing representatives in accordance with such training program.

  • Monitoring and Risk Assessment of Securities Depositories Prior to the placement of any assets of the Fund with a non-U.S. Securities Depository, the Custodian: (a) shall provide to the Fund or its authorized representative an assessment of the custody risks associated with maintaining assets within such Securities Depository; and (b) shall have established a system to monitor the custody risks associated with maintaining assets with such Securities Depository on a continuing basis and to promptly notify the Fund or its Investment Adviser of any material changes in such risk. In performing its duties under this subsection, the Custodian shall use reasonable care and may rely on such reasonable sources of information as may be available including but not limited to: (i) published ratings; (ii) information supplied by a Subcustodian that is a participant in such Securities Depository; (iii) industry surveys or publications; (iv) information supplied by the depository itself, by its auditors (internal or external) or by the relevant Foreign Financial Regulatory Authority. It is acknowledged that information procured through some or all of these sources may not be independently verifiable by the Custodian and that direct access to Securities Depositories is limited under most circumstances. Accordingly, the Custodian shall not be responsible for errors or omissions in its duties hereunder provided that it has performed its monitoring and assessment duties with reasonable care. The risk assessment shall be provided to the Fund or its Investment Advisor by such means as the Custodian shall reasonably establish. Advices of material change in such assessment may be provided by the Custodian in the manner established as customary between the Fund and the Custodian for transmission of material market information.

  • Periodic Review of Compliance Policies and Procedures During the Term, Transfer Agent shall periodically assess its compliance policies and procedures (the “Policies”). Transfer Agent shall provide, (i) no less frequently than annually, electronic access to its Policies to the chief compliance officer of the Fund (the “Chief Compliance Officer”), and/or any individual designated by the Fund or such Chief Compliance Officer, including but not limited to members of the internal compliance and audit departments of Federated Investors, Inc., and any advisory board constituted by the Fund provided that the Transfer Agent may reasonably require any members of such advisory board that are not employees of the Fund or its Affiliates to execute a confidentiality agreement with respect to such information; (ii) at such reasonable times as he or she shall request, access by such Chief Compliance Officer to such individuals as may be necessary for the Chief Compliance Officer to conduct an annual review of the operation of such Policies for purposes of making his or her annual report to the Board of the Fund (the “Annual Report”), (iii) promptly upon enactment, notification of, and a copy of, any material change in such Policies, and (iv) promptly upon request, such other information as may be reasonably requested by such Chief Compliance Officer for purposes of making such Annual Report.

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:

  • Training and Support Distributor shall train and support its personnel or subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of its obligations under this Agreement. Supplier will assist in training by furnishing Distributor with English training literature. Supplier may, at his sole discretion, provide Distributor with his own personnel for training.
