Common use of Mechanisms Clause in Contracts

Mechanisms. The Parties agree to the following to carry out this Section. a. Strategic Labor Management Committee (1) Appointment and Composition A Joint Strategic Labor Management Committee (Strategic Committee) shall be established consisting of for the Company: the Chief Executive Officer, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer and the highest ranking official at each of the Company’s facilities, and for the Union: the Chair of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the Secretary of the Union’s Negotiating Committee, the District Director where each facility is located and the Local Union President(s) and Unit Chair(s) at each of the Company’s facilities. Each side shall designate a Chair and provide the other with an updated list of its members of the Committee.
