Medal of Valor. The state may recognize heroic conduct with an award of valor. The criteria for awarding a medal of valor is as defined at section 112.194, F.S. A medal of valor may be accompanied by a monetary award up to $250.00.

Medal of Valor. This medal and bar is awarded for an act of outstanding bravery, intelligently performed in the line of duty at imminent personal hazard of life under circumstances evincing a disregard of personal consequences.

  • SALES TAX EXEMPTION The Services under the Contract will be paid for from the Department’s funds and used in the exercise of the Department’s essential functions as a State of Utah entity. You agree to comply with all relevant laws and will not to export any Controlled Technology in contravention to U.S. law nor to any prohibited country, entity, or person for which an export license or other governmental approval is required. All Symantec products, including the Controlled Technology are prohibited for export or re-export to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan and to any country subject to relevant trade sanctions. You hereby agree that You will not export or sell any Controlled Technology for use in connection with chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons, or missiles, drones or space launch vehicles capable of delivering such weapons.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.
