Medicaid Drug Rebate. 5.1.14.1. Non-Part D covered outpatient drugs dispensed to Enrollees shall be subject to the same rebate requirements as the State is subject under section 1927 of the Social Security Act and that the State shall collect such rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
