Common use of Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Clause in Contracts

Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked. The Employer shall contribute the Training Partnership Rate to the Partnership for each Medicaid-Funded hour worked. Medicaid-Funded hours worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer’s in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid time-off, and training hours. Consumer participation and other non-billable hours shall also be excluded for contribution purposes.
