Medical and Disability Coverage. Executive shall have the right to all medical coverage and long term disability coverage on the same terms and conditions as provided to other employees of Employer holding management positions. It is agreed and understood that Employer shall obtain reasonable medical, dental, and liability insurance for the benefit of Executive and other members of management as soon hereafter as is practical, and it shall use its best efforts to maintain such policies at all time during the employment term.
