Common use of Medical and Disability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Medical and Disability Coverage. During the Employment Term, Employer agrees that, if and to the extent Employer provides the same to other executive officers of Employer, Employer will provide Executive with participation in health, dental or other medical insurance plan, disability plan, life insurance plan or any other employee benefit plan from time to time in force on terms no less favorable than those provided to such other executive officers. See Schedule A.
