Common use of Medical and Group Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Medical and Group Life Insurance. Employer agrees to include Employee in the group medical and hospital plan of Employer and provide group life insurance for Employee at no charge to Employee in the amount of $250,000.00 during this agreement.
