Common use of Medical and Group Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Medical and Group Life Insurance. Company agrees to include Executive in the group medical and hospital plan of Company and provide group life insurance for Executive at no charge to Executive during this Agreement. However, executive shall receive same benefits as other officers of the Company. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed on these benefits

Medical and Group Life Insurance. Company agrees to include Executive in the group medical and hospital plan of Company and provide group life insurance for Executive at no charge to Executive in the amount of one times the annual income during this Agreement. However, executive shall receive same benefits as other officers of the Company. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed on upon these benefits. PENSION AND PROFIT SHARING PLANS. Executive shall be entitled to participate in any pension or profit sharing plan or other type of plan adopted by Company for the benefit of its officers and/or regular employees.

Medical and Group Life Insurance. The Company agrees to include the Executive in the group medical and hospital plan of the Company and and, at such time as the Company offers group life insurance to its other officers, to provide group life insurance for the Executive at no charge to the Executive during the term of this Agreement. However, executive the Executive shall receive the same benefits as other officers of the Company. The Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed on these benefitsbenefits to the same extent as other officers of the Company.

The Company and shall provide group life insurance for Executive at no charge to Executive in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) during the term of this Agreement. However, executive shall receive same benefits as other officers of the Company. Executive shall be responsible for payment of any federal or state income tax imposed on upon these benefits.
