Medical assistance and insurance. 1.1. It shall qualify as an incident if the Insured contracts an illness or has an accident during the period of cover and requires immediate medical care as a result. In the event of an incident occurring, following the emergency call the Insurer will provide medical services to the Insured and will, under this insurance condition, cover the expenses of medical care provided abroad up to the limits specified in the table of benefits as follows.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services.
