Medical Certificate Upon Recovery. The Employer may require an employee to produce a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner attesting to the fact that the employee is capable of returning to work when the employee has been absent from work for illness or injury for thirty (30) consecutive working days or more.

  • Medical Certification (1) The University may require an employee to provide medical certification from a health care provider for FMLA leave without pay when taken for the serious health condition of the employee or the employee's family member.
