Medical Expense Guarantee. Excluding when Traveler has purchased Cavalry Comprehensive Travel Insurance including Accident or Sickness Medical Expense coverage, at the request of the Traveler, Redpoint will guarantee and pay as agent for the Traveler expenses associated with a Traveler’s in- patient or out-patient medical care subject to Redpoint first securing funds from the Traveler or the Traveler’s family. The final selection and payment for services shall be the sole responsibility of the Traveler.
