Medical Insurance and Other Benefits. The Employee shall at his option be entitled to participate with other employees of the Company in all group fringe benefit plans or other group arrangements authorized and adopted from time to time. Employee shall also receive such other benefits including vacation, holidays, and sick leave, as Company generally provides to its employees holding similar positions as that of Employee.
